FYI-Effective Communications with Government Officials

City of River Falls signage

It is important to understand and respect the process of our government.

  1. Don’t forget the basics: Take the time to carefully listen to what your officials have to say.
  2. Practice emotional maturity:  Never allow a policy disagreement to appear to become a personal disagreement.
  3. Listen more than you talk. It’s often very difficult to do and requires thoughtful deliberation.

Wolf Creek Autobahn was the initiative proposed by the same land developer, who is proposing the River Falls Racetrack. The name of the development group has changed and now it's called Kinnik Development Group, LLC; see archived information from Wolf Creek Autobahn.  Look over the materials posted there and send anything of interest to this website for posting.
