These documents are archived for the Rice County, MN Racetrack initiative and are either public government information or furnished for publication by persons working to protect the health and safety of Rice County residents and environment.  Several documents relate to the difficulty people have experienced in obtaining public data from Rice County in spite of laws that require the county to release data.  Government entities are responsible to provide transparency in order to foster participation and input from citizens.
